We ship our portable art kits and supplies worldwide. From urban sketchers in bustling cities to plein air enthusiasts in remote landscapes, we strive to bring the joy of on-the-go artistry to creators everywhere.

Shipping Methods and Times

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary based on destination, customs procedures, and local postal services.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (within USA): 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • International Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 and international orders over $150.

For our eco-conscious artists, we offer a 'Green Shipping' option that may take slightly longer but reduces the carbon footprint of your delivery.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For custom or pre-order items, please refer to the specific product page for estimated processing times.

International Orders

We love that our products inspire artists around the globe! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

To ensure smooth customs clearance, we accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments. We cannot mark orders as 'gifts' or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.

Packaging

Your art supplies are precious cargo. We use eco-friendly, protective packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, ready for your next creative adventure. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of international shipping while minimizing environmental impact.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your ArtisanPalette account.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement shipment.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
